Inspectors who still walk on roofs will damage the shingles on hot days, risk damage to the sheathing on old homes, and risk falling. Inspectors who do not use drones do not inspect your roof when it is wet, too tall, or too steep. The condition of your roof is critical, don't trust it to those who haven't adapted to the latest technology.

I can see evidence of pet urine, water leaks, overheated electrical breakers, and much more. Don't use an inspector who doesn't include an Infra Red Thermal camera. They just can't see what I see.

Why do we include Infrared Thermal Imaging in our Inspections?

As a Certified Residential Thermographer, I have been trained to interpret infrared images which gives me the advantage of seeing things that others cannot see with the naked eye. Quite often water leaks or over-heating electrical elements are not visually discernable. With Infrared I can find those unseen problems.

Pet urine, water leaks above ceilings, missing insulation, overheating electrical, critters in the attic, and more.
